Services

Project management. The project management function is aimed at satisfying the unique needs of each individual customer in the best possible way.

Design. The design process entails designing products and determining structural strength criteria as well as selecting material and production methods on the basis of these conditions. The objective is to achieve the best economy and functionality in the manufacturing of each individual product.

Industrialisation. Capable and responsible personnel assure the entire production process through verification of production equipment, materials and purchased components.

Logistics. Logistics services include storage, packaging and distribution – using the customers’ own packaging or delivered directly into the customer’s manufacturing process.

Production resources

Cutting machining. The material, plastic or metal in the shape of bars or blocks, is loaded in the machine and processed through turning, milling or grinding. Drilling, thread-cutting and burring is performed in the same sequence in order to meet the quality requirements. Examples of applications which use machined components include medical device systems, hydraulic systems, heat exchangers, telecom equipment and safety devices in cars.

Rotational moulding. Plastic details with a high abrasion resistance such as boats, industrial tanks and buoyancy devices are made through rotational moulding. The plastic material is placed in the tool. During heating, the tool rotates around two axles to distribute the powder. The plastic melts and sticks to the inner walls of the tool. The tool is cooled and the plastic stiffens in the required shape.

Sheet metal processing. Sheet metal is processed through laser cutting, edge-pressing, pressure turning and welding. The sheet metal components are, for example, used in X-ray equipment and food handling equipment.

Injection Moulding is used for manufacturing parts for furniture etc. The injection unit is fed with granulated plastic that is melted and infused in the mould. The plastic is then cooled and hardened.

System assembly. In-house-developed details and purchased components are assembled to produce complete products, sub-systems and systems. Examples of system assembly are carrier systems for the food industries and automation equipment for the packaging industry.
